How can I get startup developer jobs after two year of gap because of tried for PHD (M.tech 2017 in computer science, fresher unemployed)?

You have to use your Research (Ph.D.) skills, Shortlist the companies you like to work. Find a common technology tool or the language they are using.
Action Plan
  1. write Resume for each company keeping in mind what they are expecting, add an introductory letter should catch their attention, you can use the same for email.
  2. Develop a demo application and presentaion.
  3. Create your own website, offer a demo of your code/application.
